In spite of the pandemic, the Faith Imani Garden has been planted. It is growing well, especially the tomato plants. We hope that a good quantity of vegetables will be produced. These will be donated to people in need of food; and during these times, there are many in need.

The garden started in 2010. Many Faith volunteers have worked on it and made it successful. In the years when congregation members donated funds to obtain the produce grown, we were able to generate well over $10,000. These were then donated to Foods Resource Bank (now called Growing Hope Globally), a world-wide organization helping people in developing countries. Our donations through them helped to fund projects aimed at helping local farmers learn how to be more productive and produce more food for their communities.
We want to thank all the people who have supported this mission.
