There’s nothing like a warm, sunny summer morning walk around the downtown of one of our local communities to lift my spirits…and apparently, the spirits of others as well. On one recent morning, some of my handlers took me with them on a walk through downtown Libertyville. There, they found many opportunities to talk about how they use me as the bridge to introduce Jesus. It’s great to hear them share that we do this as part of Faith’s mission to “Glorify God by spreading the Gospel through preaching, teaching and living our daily lives.”
Praise God for this opportunity to share the love of Christ! Libertyville still has plenty of outdoor activities in which to participate this summer and fall ( https://mainstreetlibertyville.org/events/), and local stores are pleased to be open for business. Stop by. Perhaps we’ll meet.
