Add Us to Your Safe Sender List

Each week we send out e-mails inviting you to register for in-person worship. Have you been receiving our e-mails? Most e-mail providers and companies use some type of spam filtering. If you have received e-mails from Pastor Jim or Maree but have not received our e-mails about in-person worship, they may have mistakenly been sent to your spam or junk folder.

To add us to your trusted list of senders, please open your spam and/or junk folder and find an e-mail from Faith. Open it and mark it as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk.” You should also select “Never Block Sender’s Domain.” If you are using a work e-mail account, you may need to contact your IT support and ask how to whitelist our domain, faithlakeforest.org.

Gmail Tabs

Gmail frequently flags HTML e-mails and transfers them to the “Promotions” tab. To make sure these e-mails are going to your primary inbox, find an e-mail from Faith in your “Promotions” tab. Grab and drag the email to the “Primary” tab. (If you are using the mobile app, you will need to click on the three dots icon and select “Move to” and then select “Primary.”) After doing so, you should receive an alert asking if you would like future e-mails from Faith to be moved to “Primary.” Click “Yes.” Thank you for your continued patience as we transition to using new technologies! We will continue to refine how we communicate in an effort to keep everyone connected and growing in faith in Christ. If you need any additional help with technology, please contact Sarah Chang.
