WORSHIP AND MUSIC MINISTRY UPDATE by Sean Newman
Dear Faith Lutheran Church Congregation,
Greetings! I want to thank everyone who made the Concordia University Chicago Männerchor worship service and potluck dinner such a special event. The livestream turned out great, so feel free to check that out on our YouTube channel (the service was on Saturday, March 21, at 5:00pm). I’d like to thank the Männerchor and the collaborative pianist:

The music ministry participants and I hope you enjoy the rest of the season, which spans through the end of May. We will have another worship servant/music ministry fellowship lunch sometime in June (when the current music ministry season concludes), so be on the lookout for details.
Thank you to all who serve as worship servants here at Faith. As I am typing this, we still have a few needs for worship servants. If you are interested or know someone who would be interested, please contact me as soon as possible:
• Faith A/V (livestream and PowerPoint): we need worship servants for the third Saturday of the month for our 5:00pm blended service.
• Faith A/V (livestream and PowerPoint): Sundays at Faith for the 10:30am service (1st Sunday of the month)
• A/V (livestream and PowerPoint): due to impending A/V upgrades the first week in May, we will need a second person to work A/V at Faith for all services, tentatively beginning the second week in May (one on PowerPoint and one on livestream/cameras/microphones)
• Faith Communion Assistants: general openings
• Faith Acolytes: general openings
I also want to thank our dedicated A/V team at Prince of Peace, who are working so diligently to align their worship service procedures with Faith’s. We are making great progress and are very close to all being on the exact same page!
