FAITH ON THE FAIRWAY JULY UPDATE
Our Faith on the Fairway team has been hard at work. We are making great strides and have gained momentum. Below are some exciting updates . . .
(1) The staff at the North Chicago Public Education Foundation have been super supportive providing leads, advice, and direction. Together we are working to obtain financial support for the outing.
We are super excited to announce our 2023 Lancers Event Sponsor, 22Vets LLC. 22Vets LLC is the Information Technology (IT) vendor for the North Chicago School District 187. As our event sponsor, they are making a $5,000 commitment to FOF. We are thrilled to have them join us! 22Vets LLC was created as a support mission to assist our military veterans. (2) Initial contacts with many organizations, businesses, and individuals have been made. We are in the follow-up stage seeking commitments. Pray that God would open doors, and generous hearts, as we continue to reach out to these contacts.

(4) Pastor Jim launched a new video this past month with the city of North Chicago’s Mayor Leon Rockingham. We are honored to have Mayor Rockingham be a part of FOF and affirm the work we are doing to impact the community of North Chicago.

September 23rd is quickly approaching. The team needs some help, an extra boost from our congregation.
Would you consider how God might use you? Your gifts? Your talents? Your time? Your finances? Your passions?
Below are highlights of areas where we need help.
(1) Prayer: Pray for Faith on the Fairway, for God to raise up sponsors, workers, and divine connections for us to be able to spread God’s love into the community of North Chicago. Pray for the students and staff who are part of the Warhawk Lancer Scholarship program. That as we Be the Love of Jesus, they would See the Love of Jesus.
(2) Sign Up Now to Golf: Ask friends and neighbors to participate in this excellent cause. Sign up via the website: www.faithonthefairway.org.
(3) Business Sponsorships: Do you know of a business that could be a potential sponsor? Is there a business you support frequently who you might ask to partner with us? (accounting, financial services, restaurants, nail salons, construction companies, etc.)
Levels range from $50 to $3,000. We still need several $100 Hole Sponsors. Sponsorships provide a company with logo placement and recognition on event materials. Contributions are tax-deductible.
(4) Foundation Sponsorships: Do you know of a charitable foundation that may want to support the North Chicago Public Education Foundation? Does your place of employment fund charitable contributions?
(5) Silent Auction: Can you help solicit a few businesses for auction item donations? Do you have a service that could be donated to the Silent Auction? We have all the paperwork ready for you and can even provide you with a simple script.
